				Dear Neighbor,   Thank you for giving me the honor of serving as your State Representative.  It has been a privilege to fight for our community and to make a positive difference in our residents' lives.   As a lifetime resident of Broward County and a 24-year resident of District 97, I am committed to maintaining our unique way of life for all residents and future generations.   I have fought to lower homeowners insurance rates, reduce property taxes, preserve our natural resources and open spaces, improve our public schools, and improve the community we all hold so dear to our hearts.   With your help, I will continue to fight in Tallahassee for the issues that are so important to you and our cherished way of life.   So on this coming election day, please vote for me, Martin David Kiar for your State House Representative.  Thanks and have a nice day.
